Quality Used Engines warrants all parts for 30 days subject to the conditions and limitation set forth below:
Quality Used Engines certifies that your information is safe and secure when making transactions over the Internet. Through this Internet Privacy Statement, we want to reassure users of the Site that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others in a manner different than as set forth in this Internet Privacy Statement. We use a credit card processing company to bill purchasers of goods from the Site, and we also use outside distributors and delivery companies to assist us in fulfilling and delivering orders. We share with them only the information necessary to enable such card processing and fulfillment and delivery of goods. Our users' personal information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any organization outside of Quality Used Engines and our financial and order fulfillment affiliates.
All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent of Quality Used Engines within a period of 30 days from date of purchase for warranty to be valid. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage if parts are used connection with racing purposes or vehicles with racing equipment, or damage by accident or misuse. All parts warranties are limited to original installation only. All returns must be accompanied by original.
There will be a 25% Restocking fee on non-defective returned items. In the event a part is returned that does not fit terms, conditions nor return policy; Quality Used Engines reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts in the refund. ABSOLUTELY NO LABOR COSTS are covered by Quality Used Engines .
IMPROPER INSTALLATION WILL VOID WARRANTY.
Engines are covered under warranty against cracked cylinder blocks or heads, bad cam or crankshaft, excessive smoking and to be in good running order unless otherwise stated. Engines are complete assemblies including manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block. The manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, are not covered under warranty. Accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under warranty in regards to the sale and/or warranty of an engine. If these parts are purchased separately then they will be covered under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and possibly timing chain. Quality Used Engines will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts
It does not cover bolt on parts, manifolds, fuel injections, oil pans, brackets, water pumps, flywheels, sensors, wires, ignition, gaskets, seals, distributor, computers, etc.
If the part shipped, returns, by the customer and is damaged during transit, the customer is liable for all the losses and there will be no refund or a partial refund will be issued depending on the severity of the damage.
Any freight item that is being shipped, the customer must and should provide business address at a commercial location. Else, any business address should have access to 16 or 18 wheeler trucks to accept the delivery. If not it could attract additional delivery charges. Customers are obliged to have any sort of unloading material to unload the freight from the truck. If the unloading material is provided from the shipping company, Quality Used Engines has the rights to charge the customers up to $125. Once the part is dispatched for delivery, the customer is obliged to be present at the location for acceptance. At the delivery time if the customer is not available to accept the delivery then it is customer's responsibility to pick up the part from the nearest terminal. Else upon mutual agreement; the customer will pay $110 for reschedule of delivery.
All warranty claims must be presented to an authorized agent or manager of Quality Used Engines within a period of 30 days from date of delivery. All warranty claims must be filed within the warranty period and include diagnostic print-out from an certified mechanic and mechanics installation invoice with receipts showing CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY requirements have been met. E-mail full name and contact information with all paperwork and photo-copy image of all receipts. If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part please notify Quality Used Engines customer service department. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING RMA number. Duly filled RMA form is mandate for the return process.
Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Quality Used Engines must be provided with a return Tracking Number when the item is being returned. The item must be delivered within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA number. Items returned to Quality Used Engines will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer's expense. Improper installation will void warranty. WARRANTY IS VOID WITHOUT RECEIPT
Items modified will not be accepted for return. Items must be returned in the form of original part shipped for the refund. Parts are uniquely identified by markings on the part. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (except the items damaged/ broken in shipping and verified by a Sales representative) will not be refunded. In the event of a part failure, the part must be inspected in the vehicle before removal or the warranty will be void. All deposits are taken in "good faith" and are not refundable under any circumstance. Quality Used Engines will not reimburse any labor charges on defective parts installed. Reimbursement shall be for original cost of merchandise plus any tax collected. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected. Once an order has been placed and the buyer/customer chooses to cancel the order before the item has been shipped, a twenty percent (20%) cancelation fee may apply. The liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer as part of transaction. Any disputes regarding terms and conditions, quality of the parts, delivery etc., shall be resolved solely in the courts of Forsyth County of Georgia.
